This statement explains the processing that EMEA TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. (“EMEA”) carries out solely on the basis of your explicit consent. What personal data we process and why is explained separately in our Privacy Notice; the two documents do not replace each other.
This page is not a consent form. None of the processing below is a condition of receiving any service from us.
1. Processing based on consent

| Training and marketing announcements | We send announcements by e-mail if you ask for them. Offered as a separate, unticked box. |
2. Processing that does not require consent
The information you provide in our contact, quotation and training forms is not based on consent. Its legal basis is legitimate interest and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6/1-f and 6/1-b; KVKK Art. 5/2-f and 5/2-c). That is why our forms carry no “I consent to the processing of my personal data” tick box: asking for a consent that is not needed would misstate the legal basis.
Likewise, the transfer of your data to our CRM provider (Zoho, EU data centre) rests on appropriate safeguards, not on consent.
3. Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw consent at any time and as easily as you gave it (GDPR Art. 7/3):
- For cookies, the Cookie Preferences button at the bottom of every page
- For e-mails, the unsubscribe link in the message
- In every case by writing to info@emea.com.tr
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
4. Your rights
You have the rights set out in GDPR Art. 15-22, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (GDPR Art. 77).
