1. What your request should contain
- Your name and surname, and a signature if the request is in writing
- Identification: national identity number, or for non-nationals nationality and passport number
- Your address for correspondence

3. Response time
Under GDPR Art. 12/3 we respond within one month. Where the request is complex, that period may be extended by two further months; we will tell you if that happens and why. Under Turkish law (KVKK Art. 13/2) the period is thirty days.
4. Your rights
GDPR Art. 15-22 give you the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
5. If you are not satisfied
You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence (GDPR Art. 77), or with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (www.kvkk.gov.tr).
